  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of verified transaction errors, duplicate payments, or technical issues directly caused by the IamSMART system or its payment partners.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed investment cycles, subscription renewals, or voluntary plan cancellations initiated by the user.
  • Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with this policy and the Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A user may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. The transaction was processed more than once for the same amount.
  2. The payment was debited, but the system failed to update the user's balance or investment plan.
  3. There is a proven technical error or delay from our payment gateway.

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds are not applicable for the following cases:

  • Completion of investment plan cycles (returns already credited).
  • Early withdrawal or cancellation requests before plan maturity.
  • Referral bonuses or promotional earnings.
  • User errors, such as providing incorrect details or duplicate entries.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Submit a written request to our support team at support@iamsmart.in within 7 days of the transaction date.
  2. Include transaction details such as payment ID, amount, date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our verification team will investigate the request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Upon approval, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from confirmation.
  • The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.

6. Transaction Security

All payments are handled via secure, verified, and encrypted payment gateways.

IamSMART does not store sensitive financial data like card details or passwords.

7. Policy Modification

IamSMART reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy as necessary to meet legal or operational requirements.
